Mixed Prints

There are so many rules about fashion and sometimes these rules tend to be utterly outrageous. That said,  I think some rules were created as a guide for people to play safe in putting outfits together. One of such rules is ‘You must not mix different prints’,  who ever came up with that rule must be turning in the grave right now because prints mixing is having a moment.

Just a few pointers for those who want to play safe
1.       Mix large or bold prints with smaller ones to counterbalance the effect.
2.      Be sure to use colours that match or complement each other.
3.      Throw in a basic neutral item to break up the look, a good way to do this is with your  accessories.

What I am wearing - TopIndifference  (similar available @ Dressed)  ||Dress worn as Skirt :  Calvin Klein ||
Shoes: Mojo Moxy || Belt  : Ted Baker
  Ring  : available @ Dressed

In my opinion the two important factors when dressing up  is comfort and confidence, when you have those, you can pull off anything.

Have a fab weekend!

  1. You look georgous girl. Love the way the print/color on the top contrasts and flows down to the print on the skirt and still looks subtle. Btw, those shoes are calling my name...hehehe
