As the rainy season gets well underway and the weather gets cooler in Naija (Nigeria), summer is approaching on the other side of the equator. This time of the year is my favourite outside the Christmas holiday period , simply because the weather is absolutely divine, not too hot.... not too cold, just perfect!........ That is if you overlook the horrible traffic and deplorable road conditions associated with the season.
I was out with a few friends on one of those wet rainy days, it was just the sort of weather you want to wear a stole, a wrap or a very light weight but dressy jumper. I paired my jumper with a printed penciled skirt.

Insanity update - My portions are still very much under control, I recently started running 3-4km about 4 days a week. I get easily bored doing the same work out routine, running helps to spice things up a bit more and its a great way to clear my head and end my day. I usually run in the evenings, I find it quite exhilarating.... listening to my favourite songs while pounding the pave....love it...love it!
